Welcome to STARBOLT ENGINE SUPPLIES,

We have again expanded our offerings for our 31st year. We are working to add more items in the coming year.

Each item that is listed in the catalog has a separate Starbolt catalog number. To help us get your order shipped as quickly as possible, please include the catalog number on your order blank.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, all parts are not in stock at all times. We will tell you if the part you ordered is out of stock and give you a tentative availability date. You will not be charged for your order until it is shipped.

Our catalog is divided into four sections, as follows:

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard in payment for all orders by mail or by phone. See order blank for required credit card information.

SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges are EXTRA on all orders. Minimum in the U.S. is $5.00 for literature and decals, $8.00 for all others. Allow extra for heavy items such as mufflers, gas tanks, crank guards and some books.

Canadian and overseas customers should include at least 50% more than the above minimums. Please send enough, any excess will be refunded. Canadian and overseas orders are payable by Visa, Mastercard, check or money order. CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS MUST BE IN U.S. FUNDS AND DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK. Canadian postal money orders are also accepted. Note to our overseas customers. All orders are shipped Air Mail via United States Postal Service.

RETURNS
Our products are guaranteed to satisfy you. If your purchase is not what you expected, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. PLEASE CALL BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR FULL REFUND ON PARTS.

The costs of the goods and services we offer are, for the most part, beyond our control. We, therefore, reserve the right to change prices without notice.
