Description:	This is a 1917 Frick Steam Traction Engine. It is owned by a friend of mine. He has a large collection and is reluctantly selling this to make room for another nice piece. I have run this engine as have several other smokestak members and we all can vouch that it is a strong running engine. It was reboilered by Tom Terning in Kansas about 1980. This is not a code stamped boiler. It is currently certified in TN for 125, which is the max they give by law for that class of boiler. Other states could give it higher as the numbers calculate out using the formulas higher. It is a 8x10 which I am told is a 16hp engine. I have seen it on the sawmill and for a 16hp, it gets right with the program. All feedwater and injector piping was recently redone in schedule 80, with new fittings, checks, etc and if you have ever done such, you know it is not cheap to do that. The grates are nearly new. This engine could be put to use at once and last someone a lifetime. Owner is asking 35,000 or best offer. Inquires can call the owner direct at 615-804-6466
