Description:	This is a 4hp stover sold by Mitchell, Lewis and Staver of Portland, Oregon. No Cracks, Breaks, or Welds. Has the original carb and fuel pump, crank guard, webster mag and bracket, and a belt pulley. Runs but needs TLC. The cart is not included $1250 Will not ship, don't even ask.
